F A Q
1. Minimum Order
Minimum order is 1 x 20' container but 1 x 40' container is more recommended. The total items we can produce are no more than 10 different models for each container or by negotiation.
2. Delivery Time
In order to facilitate us to serve your order better, it would be better if we could have your sale program of 12 months, revised every three months. This will allow us to schedule our production and have better delivery time. Also it is very important that we have your reconfirmation of order 8 weeks prior to the shipping date. Our present capacity of production is about 144 x 40' container per year, therefore it is important for us to have your yearly program.
3. Price
Prices are always base on FOB- Semarang port of delivery and for full container based load (FCL) only; For less container load (LCL) there will be an extra charge for handling additional packing materials. We use to review all our price every six month and if there it has been increases in raw materials and labors, the percentages of it will be added, any increases will be confirmed.

50% DP upon the confirmation of the order
50% TT after receiving document by fax.
The original will be send by courier after we receiving transfer in our account.

5 . Finishing
Type of finishing :
• Polytur with 3 colors : ALB (Antique Light Brown), AMB (Antique medium Brown), ADB (Antique Dark Brown).
• NC Melamine Color (color as customers want)
We can accept customer own color (COC) based on the customer color sample. We will try our best to match the color.
6 . Glass
For mirror glass, there is an additional charge and also for beveled glass.
7 . Loadability
Loadability mentioned on price list is only approximate and valid for single item in 1 x 40' container. For mixed or brand new items, there will be difference in plus or minus.
8 . Packing
Our FOB price have included packing materials. We use a single corrugated carton or carton box and foam to wrap our furniture.
9 . Change and Cancellation
Change and cancellation can be accepted only prior to our schedule production. If changes and cancellation are done during the production of original order, it can not be executed anymore.
10 . Complaints
Complaints due to the factory technical mistakes, can only accepted 8 weeks after the ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) by showing the pictures or detail of the problems. We replace the damage articles on FOB basis.
